Wedding Candles? For my wedding, I'll have votive candles around my room, I candle for them, but there is a problem! This is an outdoor wedding candles and go to the top of the door, which means I'll be re-lighting every time a breeze comes through. I had the idea to melt the votive candle in the candle in the oven. I do not know exactly how. Has anyone tried this before??
Help please!
I guess it's a reception at night so ppl can see the flicker of light, or you hope they will.
it is best to get the new license "fake" candles. they last for hours and never burn or blow.
They are sold in craft stores and online.
Here is a link http://www.littlebrightlights.com/site/1 ...
but there are tons more online
fusion candles for the holders will not stop the wind from the purge.
I think the fake candles are a great idea ... they will last throughout your event and not "breathe" ... that one idea is to change your room ... If you have trees around, you may consider suspending the membership of glass holders with candles in the ... even if it blows, they flow a little and be very pretty.
(Maybe it will be a "very night again ... lol)
Good luck and congratulations!
I would light the votive candles and burn a little. Nobody will know they have been pre-informed because they will be informed at the reception. This would make them burn a little below the top of the votive holder. Another thing you can do is cut the bottom of the candle to make them lower if you do not want to burn them before.
