Upvc Fencing

paint fence with creosote, some splattered with my frame Conservatory (UPVC) have tried all sorts of household cleaning products and liquor, but not worked.
Does anyone know of anything that will eliminate splashing, without damaging the plastic

Are you sure it was creosote?
Creosote is prohibited.

Try using "Goo Gone", "goof off" or "oops".
Work will be better than the other on your particular "mess", but do not know who ... Anyway one has to work. I would try goof off first
