I want to know wat I can do to shed fat and tone my legs hard muscle? Im 35yrs, I weigh 92 kg, AV I was unable to fat and tone my long legs, despite all my walking exercises and diets
I would try to clean the liver. I've always had a muscular, and until I started cleaning I've always been pretty much stuck to the same weight and still a size 10. After a bunch of different cleaners, and finally found one I like that works for me. Now I am a size 6 and were consistent in size 6 for the past year and a half.
I cleaned at least once or twice a year, and still feel good. There are a bunch of lava on the market, and you can do a liver cleanse by just changing your diet to lean proteins, vegetables and some fruits.
