Tilt And Turn Windows

We are looking to buy a new house, and the one we love, is built by a European manufacturer who has installed all the windows Tilt and Turn.
Having no experience with this type of window, I would like to know more about them.

They are fun and not much used these days in climate controlled. They are easy to clean. Let air flow more than the standard alotta Sash Windows. Ikke made some, but I do not know if they have stores in the United States, still ..........

I lived in Europe for several years and found them to Windows awful to their climate and the fact that they do not close their houses all summer or winter, as the Americans! If your circumstances change and the mosquitoes leave many open days with fresh air, you'll love them!
