StonegrillI need a recipe sauce RST LEM CRM garlic, DS Jimmy CDA Stonegrill, ID (closed) maybe some1 knows?

It contains pureed roasted garlic, butter, lemon juice, cream HVy, and possibly feta cheese, my recipe has been lost, perhaps someone knows about this place? Jimmy D's Sherman and was 4th in downtown Coeur d 'Alene, ID;, about 4 1 / 2 years ago. All recipes that contain these gr8 Ing., R or similar would be great!

Is this, served on a chicken?

Lemon Beurre Blanc, courtesy Chip Thomas, Jimmy Stone D's Grill:

Pinch of garlic
Pinch chopped shallots
1 / 2 pound butter, cut into pieces
1 / 2 cup Chablis wine
2 lemons, juice
Two cups of heavy cream
Salt and pepper

Sweat the shallots and garlic in 1 tablespoon tablespoons of butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add wine and lemon juice and cook until reduced by half. Add cream and reduce until it reaches a sauce consistency. Reduce heat to low and whisk the butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

This recipe was provided by professional chefs and has been reduced from a bulk recipe provided by a restaurant. The Food Network Kitchens chefs did not test this recipe in the proportions indicated, and therefore we can not make any statement about the results.
