SprinklerWhat happens when a rotary sprinkler suck water instead of pulling out?

There are sprinklers that have no simple engine, but simply turn the force of water as sprays.
What happens when you put such a sprinkler in a bathtub filled with water and attach a pump that draws water through irrigation.
Since it is now sucking in water that means it rotates in the opposite direction? Does it turn at all?

It rotates in the opposite direction.
