Need a simple implementation of a simple golf swing? The installation of golf swing is really meant to be complicated by a large number of instructors.
It is not.
Get behind your ball with the club in hand and choose two points.
The first spot is your target (if you want the ball to the ground). Make sure that if you look away (you), you can find it. Do not pick something 2 miles. Choose a location for your realistic shot to land.
The second is 3 to 6 inches ahead of your golf ball. Make sure the ball up and draw a line to your target. Pick a leaf, or heaven forbid () put a bullet in the right place! Do not worry, you try to get better, and you use the marker as a tool to help you learn to aim better. The USGA Golf Swing Thought Police are busy with another person, just do it. Try it in the driveway too!
Once you pick the targets, not to think anymore. You are aligned, no worries. Go to the ball and stand with your hips parallel to the line target.
Hold the club in your left hand (left please read this with a mirror). Extend the arms and club (elbow semi-right) to the ground at about a 45 degree angle. Tilt at the waist until the club touches the ground. The ball must be in the middle of the clubface. If the ball is elsewhere, then move your entire body away or towards the ball. If you change anything else you will lose the alignment or balance.
What you are trying to do is establish a routine and a position where you can, through a repeatable golf swing, good contact with the golf ball.
Beware the trap of stomach. You've seen professionals, and 18 years, with their arms almost vertical as they developed. Well, they do not have a belly, and most of us. The belly (and loose clothing) may hinder and divert the golf swing. Watch the senior circuit. They keep their elbows away from the trap stomach. It also allows you to wear something warm on a cold day without his elbow trapped by clothing. One might call this ideal configuration for golf big man!
The real reason for this routine positioning is that all clubs in your bag is a different length. Thus, we give body and mind of a specific reference to where the ball is and how long the club is. Swing mechanics and body mechanics need some information, and that is what you provide in this routine.
Now, keeping your angle size, bring your right hand to the club while bending the right knee slightly. Take your grip ensuring your club head is perpendicular to the target line. Do not change your direction taken if the club head is not perpendicular, instead turning the club head and reset your grip.
Now you're ready to return Swing Golf .
