Showtime Rotisserie RecipesDoes anyone have recipes for Showtime Rotisserie?

Tired of the same old chicken. Ideas?

use a pork roast. It is awesome. Get a mixture of spices. rub allover. put in place and let r rip it is great.

2 ½ hours of preparation 20 min
Change to: servings U.S. Metric
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
salt and pepper
2 pounds pork loin roast boneless
Quarter cup olive oil
1 / 2 cup white wine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Crush garlic with rosemary, salt and pepper, make a paste.
Pierce meat with a sharp knife in several places and press the garlic paste into the openings.
Baste with remaining garlic mixture and olive oil.
Place pork loin in the oven for 2 hours, turning and basting with pan liquids.
After 2 hours remove roast to a platter.
Heat the wine in the skillet and stir to loosen browned bits of food on the bottom.
Serve with pan juices.
