Salamander Grill

We have a lot of sandwiches and grilled bacon on a stove at home. It is too slow. Are there any of these commercial grill better and do I go for gas or electric. Also there special installation requirements.

When I was hired manager of a restaurant under construction, we installed a salamander and we had to add additional fire extinguishers because we built it does not cost too much. I'm glad we did.

Now, here, here, I have an old gas stove without burning restaurant. I would give my eye teeth for a salamander!
