Removable Pool Fence

Check looplock society. They install fences for pools that are removable. They have installers and may be able to help you.

Also check Home Depot and Lowes they carry knock off.

You can install them on the concrete deck, but since the fence is metal frame, you must hold at least 4 "of water or whatever your local code states.
