What is a rain sensor transmission and how much it cost to replace? My car had problems and we simply said a place where it is the rain sensor and transmission they can not replace where they are. I can not find something online about a rain sensor or transmission of what he does / replacement cost.
The car is a 1996 Ford Contour.

You mean that the transmission range sensor.
No wonder you can not find where it is. Basically, it tells the engine computer which gear the vehicle is as the transmission is controlled electronically in this area.
