Pictures Of Wood Fences

I need a fence 8 '(which seems to be difficult to find or special order), so I am considering taking a fence 6' and adding a network, but what I saw in the images do not seem that good for me. Ideas? Can I set the high end (a few feet from the ground) on the posts and then take a couple of planks and nailing them in an open long positions below ... would work?

How about updating the fences by adding bottom plates or perhaps give you some additional bases with 2 'tall.

You may want to first check with your local zoning board. Most people do not approve fences over 7 "because of fire regulations.

But you can try to create "wire" on top of the existing fence - where the vines can be formed by adding a couple of feet of privacy. Try glycine training on the wire - it looks great in the summer.
