Pet Yard Containment Pen

I go to petsmart.com and look at the pen Pet Containment Yard's 24.99 but if I call the store its about $ 70 I want to know if it will keep my little dog but the dog very crazy in there .. . we had a small fence in the back (by little I mean it was like a plastic barrier), it was up to my hip (I'm short but not too short!) anyway it was only one month to two months and figured it could jump and go over! She climbs and jumps all! Does he keep?? Sticky Because I'm watching what I spend .. so I do not want the size 30-70 dollars on it if it will not work.

Well it depends on the size of a dog which we speak. If it is a chiuawa someting about the size of a baby carrier should do the trick until it grows out of this phase (if ever).
