Personalized Invitations

I am starting a business and I would like to make personalized invitations for people with princess party at my house tea. Where can I buy one or the other invitation make software or Princess preprinted on the theme of cards or paper to print my own computer customizations. I see many people offering personalized invitations on Ebay. Where do they get their items?

Free downloads are available at CNET, but I am wary of them, unless they are highly rated and popular.

The guy on eBay probably use expensive software, like Adobe, I doubt they use Microsoft Publisher, but it is very possible. In addition, you may need to buy the books that cover the software, and how to use ... Libraries are full anyway.
