Outdoor Privacy Screen

5-7 feet wide, about 10 feet in height on treated posts in concrete. You want a little wind to cross. Will the end of my porch in the shade almost all day. plant can flourish under a vine. What about using bamboo fencing? It is extremely robust, and relatively inexpensive.
