OregonscientificWhat a cap battery? I need to recharge the batteries for iBall. The batteries do not function without it.?

I bought an Oregon Scientific iBall and he says he needs a battery cap for rechargeable batteries which is present and what is she? For more information download this PDF and go to page 7 and read what I say
http://www2.oregonscientific.com/assets/manuals2/IB368.pdf

The battery cap they refer to the Cup much like what is shown in the picture toward the bottom of page 7 on the left side where it says:

RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
NOTE For best performance and safety, use only the
Oregon Scientific 3000mAh rechargeable batteries
supplied with the iBall. Using other brands or types of
Rechargeable batteries can cause damage.
1. Select one 1 Oregon 6 Scientific
rechargeable batteries and adjust to the battery supplied
cap on the top of the "_" terminal.
2. Open the battery compartment.
3. Place the battery with the hat in the specified battery
slot in the battery compartment and insert the
other 5 batteries in the proper
polarity indicators.
4. Close the battery cover.

The right image in accordance with these instructions shows a battery being inserted into the cap. According to the directions it came with the device. If you still have the packing materials look through it and make sure it is not stuck in somewhere.
I hope that you find.
