Log Cabin Kits Prices

I found the kits log cabin that I want and that is $ 27.500. It includes newspapers, fasteners, pins lender, plans, and log attached. The cabin and porch total 2.200 square feet. My bf, his father, and my stepfather and some friends will help us build it. Has anyone built their own cabin? Does anyone know if it will be difficult to get a loan to "finish" the cab? Banks are very reluctant to lend to "self-built" projects. Two things to note, one that you have to secure the loan. This is essential for this type of loan. If there is nothing for the bank to collect on default if you chances are slim. The second is they will not give you the lump sum payment. You must have a detailed construction schedule with a timetable to draw "on the loan .. It should describe in detail the points of the project and how much each item would be necessary.
