The Consumer Product Safety Commission has told retailers to stop selling defective products and urged consumers to stop using the space game entirely. Another reminder was held in September 2007, when a 10 month old baby died of strangulation on a playground Kolcraft changing table. Apparently, changing table posed a strangulation hazard because of the belt. There were at least 12 different types of play spaces included in the latest recall, many of which come equipped with changing tables.
