I think it's a good idea if you want to be sued and lose everything you have perhaps caused the death of an innocent. If you are convinced that this is what you want to do, at the head of your nearest store and buy a farm electric fence for animals. They even come in the solar models. Absolutely not! If someone was to get hurt on your property, you are talking about thousands of dollars you could be sued for. If your neighbors and children are so harassing you, why not ask them to stay away from your property. And if they continue to argue, talk to the police and possibly get a restraining order. But do not put their lives at risk.
