City of Fountains Kansas City is a sprawling metropolitan area in the convolution of the Missouri and Kansas River and is composed of cities Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas, and a number of small towns are interconnected , Incorporated. The area is served by a number of highways, railways and an airport large northern metropolitan area. Known as the "City of Fountains", the second in Rome, Italy for the number of water games, KCMO (as it is commonly known) is a city of more than 240 "neighborhoods", which represents several groups ethnic and national. The Irish are well represented with more than 250,000 Irish-American population. KCMO also has over 132 miles of boulevards. The climate is varied, with cold winters and freezing, and summers are hot and humid.. . and everything else. KCMO was created a major point for the shipment of beef cattle in the American West in the mid- 1800s and continues to this day. Famous for Kansas City strip steaks "and other fine cuts of beef, the area abounds in restaurants specializing in everything from steak barbecue. The KC stockyards are still at home one of the best of the best, The Golden Ox Steakhouse. Kansas City Style Barbecue is famous.
