Steam will work. You can take a hot shower and use that steam. I use saline nose spray in the shower. The steam and salt spray works well together.

Saline solution is a drug not saltwater. You can find the normal saline spary at most pharmacies. Some brand names are the ocean, sea, or simply Saline.
