And as you develop your style, work in the condiments too. There is always processed cheese slices, but nothing like cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese or - you read that correctly - under the hood.

Speaking of hoods, try more rolls for burgers giants, or something with a sesame seed. Thick slices of fresh bread can also be a healthy alternative. This could well help you practice your recipe more often.

Then there are pickles, dill or sweet and hot peppers. Relish and ketchup and mustard, but here, you want to live a little and check with a beer or other flavors. Dijon is good. Do not forget ketchup and chutneys home too. They may be surprising additions.

The best, but not the last, the point is to work with fresh ingredients. It means thinking about a good ground beef, thin as they come. You want to make sure that your guests coming back for seconds.

You never know, this could become an annual ritual ... Design a new burger. There are worse ways to spend the winter than during the cook up masterpieces that go down well with everyone.
