Like many others, I'm grilling burgers tomorrow. I'm usually perfectly content with the simple beef patties, but want to try something a little different tomorrow. What is a good recipe for seasoning my beef?

I recommend that you try to grill an onion in a book of ground beef and add about 1 / 2 cup finely chopped parsley with salt and pepper.

If you do not try to use the idea that ....( it makes a cup, but I would only use a tablespoon in a pound.) You can use it on chicken and .

Baharat Spice

Ingredients
2 tablespoons black pepper ground
1 tsp tablespoon ground coriander
1 tsp tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground cloves
ground cumin 4 1 / 2 tsp Tea
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cardamom
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons paprika
Instructions
1 Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
2 Store in an airtight container and away from direct sunlight.

Personally, I like my season with hamburgers Fiesta Extra Fancy Hamburger seasoning. If not available Jess Hall Serendipity a seasoning salt that is called to die for beef. Hamburgers on the grill should be just that. There are hundreds of recipes that I know with fillers, such as bread crumbs, eggs, etc., etc., etc., but personally I like the pure beef. Check it out!

Ingredients

* Freshly ground Chuck Shoulder Lean 80%
* Serendipity Season salt (or seasoning salt)
* Freshly ground during
* Garlic minced (or garlic powder)
* Worchester Sauce
10/15 * Red onions or sweet onions (if available)
* Green leaf lettuce
* Texas Home Grown Tomatoes (if available)

Directions: Sprinkle burgers using Serendipity Season salt by Jess Hall (my favorite) or any seasoning salt, ground pepper or lemon pepper, garlic powder, then add the sauce Worchester. Add cheese when burgers are almost done.

Close the lid on the grill to allow cheese to melt. If you wish, you can skip "your onions, then put them under the cheese, while allowing to melt cheese on top of onions. Make sure that if you use the onion to use red onions or 10/15 'Home Grown with fresh tomatoes and lettuce leaves Texas. Remember to warm the buns, either on the grill or microwave.

Note: Do not press your burger with your spatula as this will remove the natural juices and make your burgers dry.

I sometimes season my burgers with fajita seasoning, ground black pepper, and just a little salt before starting the grill.

Or you can get Lipton Onion Soup Mix. Use an envelope of 2 pounds of ground beef, add some garlic powder, black pepper.

Mix them with ketchup, a little barbecue sauce, some mustard, chopped onion, garlic salt, onion powder ... mmm good!
Or u just mix with a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch and ketchup, that works good too!

I always use the marinade breast Claude. Use just enough to moisten the meat. The taste is amazing! You can also add grated cheese into the meat for hamburgers. We never have any problem when we do burgers like that. This is a quick and easy way to brighten up ordinary burgers.
