Sirloin steak is cut enough fat and tender meat, also known as Scotch fillet. The additional content of fat in the steak makes it perfect for cooking in dry heat. The fat adds a unique flavor tasty.

Sirloin can come with the bone or boneless, when cooking your ribeye on the grill makes the bones option. The bone adds flavor while grilling.

Sirloin Steak - Preparation
