This grill pan is so pleasant to use. We can cook your grilled commands when it is not practical to go outside and fire up the grill real. Works outstanding in the oven, too. Get it super hot, sear the meat, turn meat, continue to take, return the meat, then put all the work in the oven. I did not miss a meal even when you use the stove. Cleaning it is a bit difficult when stuff gets between the lines grill, but it is expected.

Inexpensive, heavy, made in USA, is resistant to extremely high heat, naturally nonstick, a breeze to clean. Robust, can be used indoors or outdoors. Nice grill marks sheets on meat and sandwiches. Give more healthy, tasty bacon. Has a vapor effect on the burgers that makes them much more juicy. Love all my Lodge Logic cast iron, but it will very quickly become fav!
