Adding a mobile home on my home moms? Is it possible to add a mobile home in the backyard of my parents' place? They do not own the property outright yet, but they have lots of land in the town of Saratoga, California. I want a green prefab home and put it on his fate, is it possible if yes, what are the legislative drafting, anyone know?
The only place to get a real answer is the zoning department there.
I think if they do not own the land that you are completely out of luck
