Fall Centerpieces

I want to use the pumpkins, but do not know what really to do for the centerpieces, I want something that looks unique and like always elagent.

Pumpkins, apples / leaves (plastic or not).
Perhaps a block miniature hay They are cute. About the size of a rabbit.

My was originally planning a fall wedding, and I had planned to make large pots of bottles and fill them with small branches painted gold. Is beauty in the Lower light, and is very inexpensive.
