Electronic Pet Fence

I have a Lab and Rotti which are very difficult to train. I was told that the work of electronic fences EXCLUDE all. My dogs do not react when they have their collars on shock isn't that how the work of closing electric?

I have a fence for our wireless bulldog. It works very well. PetSafe is the brand we use. I noticed that the wireless does not work as well if you have a big dog because the shock does not do as much attention. They make collars that have different levels of shock. Those that you dig and put in the ground are stronger and probably better for your pet, but you have to dig in and closing the ground.
