Dripper SystemsMy irrigation nozzles in the garden keep streaming, even when the pump is off?

I have an irrigation system in my garden that uses water from a water butt. The pump is connected to a timer, but when his cut, continue the drops drip?? The flow is very small but its soaking the soil too! Its some sort of siphoning happens, because if I raise the drippers the flow stops.

How can I avoid this?

Thank you!

It is impossible. Try increasing the emitters.

This happened to me. It is probably a problem with water pressure. You can either use the valve and tighten or get a plumber to come out and do

Always water in the line. Put a stop valve at the beginning of the drip line.

If you didn't grease or other joints, which is why most manufacturers recommend greasing the joints with Vasoline / Petrolium jelly create a better seal.

. You must install a brake vacuum line, or a stop valve. What happens is when the pump stops the line is full of water and will keep the siphoning of water as if you were siphoning gas from your gas tank.it will continue until you brake vacuum
