You can use the dealer locator on this site to find your nearest dealer. They can fix your fence for you.
If you know where is the cut and you want to repair it yourself is all you need a piece of copper wire which is insulated, and two nuts son that are designed to be resistant water. Greenhouse-son (and the thread can be picked up at Lowes) Strip wire ends and connect them together. Place nuts on this thread and tapes. This will fix your fence.
You'll need to call the company and get them out to fix it. This is not the type of wire you can find any where. It should not be overly costly for them to do it for you. You know exactly where the cut is.
Sorry, but one of my friends do this too and they tried to repair it, but all the same topics same type of cable used, they simply do not work. They ended up calling the company too.
If you feel confident enough, you should be able to shut off the tape on both ends of the wire, twist them together and secure with a clamp-son yet. Just keep them from getting wet.
It's probably just a temporary solution but I would call the company that installed it in the morning and tell them what happened and see what they recommend.
