How to brand new items or prices NWOT items to a garage sale? Okay, so I decided to have a garage sale this weekend. I know it's Christmas coming up, etc., but the thing is that I have many brand new items that still have labels on them. As choes, clothing, toys and unopened. Many good brands popular of all these. Mostly things like Famous Stars and Straps, Fox, Hurley, Billabong, Aeropostale, etc. The toys are things like the new elmo pizza, video games, balance of payments moon, I can play guitar systems, educational toys, like VTech learning. These are only new things. There are some pinatas, like a cake with 3 levels of marriage and a King Kong. I let things accumulate in my storage room since I moved there four months and now I'm getting rid of them I do not know how prices. The jeans were 39.50 for the pair greatest and shirts around 30.00 for the highest and toys up to 99.99. How do I price these new elements. And how do I like the price of some new elements or you can just say were used. As a bearytales TJ that I never even put the batteries in. The boys just got too many Christmas cartridges of them are still closed, but the bear was opened. .. Help me with this dillema crazy please ... Also, I am a Betty Crocker regular in the kitchen, I actaully have a particular signature desserts. Do yard / bake sales as well? If I sell individual slices? What should I Prices? 1.00 a slice?
When people go to yard sales, they are looking for a bargain. If you have brand new things, you should definitely reasonable price, no matter how much it costs, because people will watch the price and turn right around and leave. Why by something at a garage sale at this price when you can get directly from the shop? So if you have new items and you care about how much you paid for them originally and want to recover the money, my advice would be to put them on an auction site.
The main objective is to price items the way you want to see another garage sale. This means that if there is a pair of jeans brand to a new yardsale, how much would you pay? In general, I'm not going over $ 10 for jeans if they are new. Shirts, not more than $ 5.00, and .. Toys which is a kind of questionable and depends on what it is .. but it certainly should be 70% less than the original price.
Regarding the deserts, it is a reasonable price because you use your own time and energy to make the points. So I will not go over $ 1.00 per slice.
