Colourbond Fences

Hello, I just moved into a new house and noticed that someone has marked one of our fences Colourbond. I have no idea how long its been there, but I want to get rid of. Is that all household products remove as Jif or WD40? I think it is not spray paint marker ink that was used.

Cut and polish cars works word of the day did not go too far in the Colourbond. Only on the eastern flank bright patch on a fence for a while
