It's exciting to cook outdoors from time to time. So not only is it a nice change of pace in the kitchen preparing food standard, there is something whjich outdoor cooking makes food taste better.

Of course, it is an easy way to do it with a simple store bought barbecue or hibachi, but to really experience a unique, great taste and bring to life the best possible culinary experience that you should consider trying to build a brick fireplace. It's really the best option for outdoor cooking.

And it is easy to build our own septic bricks. So all day to make some kind of masonry work with single family and follow these seven easy steps.

1. First, we chose a site in our backyard of our brick fireplace. It should be at a safe distance from the house walls, roof, windows and trees. The site should be easy to drain after rain.

2. Dig pad. There should be 2 to 4 inches deep. As for its size, we decide based on our privileged dimension. Level of the slab of our brick fireplace.

3. We shapes using 2 by 4 foot wood and screw. Screwing them easy to disassemble. Then we are preparing quick-setting cement in proportions special blend, as indicated on the packet and pour into the foundation of our brick fireplace pad. Then, adjust the steel bars shaped latus in the concrete before setting, put a key brand in the concrete and prepare the plan firebrick pit wall.

4. Prepare cement mortar. The usual proportion is 3:1, or 3 parts sand to 1 part cement. A large proportion is 2:1. The idea is to have a consistency easy to work, such as soft ice cream. Take care not to be too watery. Cement our brick fireplace should be thoroughly mixed to achieve a balance between the components.

5. Construct the pit wall of bricks. To lay the bricks and mortar, put enough on our brand of keys, including the bottom and ends of bricks. The bricks should rest on a regular mortar. Adjust until they are standing firmly on the mortar. To do this, level by level using a rope for the alignment.

6. The chain must be perfectly horizontal and the upper edge of the bricks in parallel. We can also use a leveler to that effect. A brick must be above another in an overlap (not directly above) so. Overlap should be half the size of bricks. This reinforces our brick fireplace.

7. For metal gates, insert them into the brick walls of homes to a desired height. The top of the wall can be covered with special bricks or stones.

So there we have it. One day after the fire brick is built it is ready. We can start enjoying our steaks grilled outdoors with family and friends.
