Do you need a permit to bring down the brick fence in front of your house? I plan to hit the small brick fence in front of my house to be able to park a bike. Living in London, do not know if we need planning permission for the Council. I went on their website but have not found any useful information and tried to call one or two times but no response. (Despite paying £ 1,776 per year for local taxes are trying to communicate with them is a bit of a mission).
You are very wise to try to speak to the Council. It is always better if there is any doubt, seek advice from the Directorate of Planning and I suggest you continue with this. The last thing you want is to overthrow then tell you to rebuild.
Keep trying!
I doubt that you need permission. However, it would be just your luck if there was modulated to overcome. Persist with phone calls.
I think if its for a bike, you only need a yard of bricks down and put on a door, so if you receive a letter to replace the wall, it would not be a big job of Always hire a saw and go
No, you don `.
You do not need permission at all.
If you bought the house and the fence is part of your property and not shared with another party, it must be correct.
My thought when it comes to any advice "to write" as they are obliged to respond and deny cannot be said.
