BBQ restaurant? someone has already tried BBQ catering? I have no experience in food catering barbecue ... Dun want to disappoint my guests with food ugly ... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!
Having a variety of meats, bacon, shrimp, sausage, meatballs, steak and chicken skewers. Have dishes varied as cooking the potato salad, pasta, vegetables such as corn, beets, peas, corn etc. bbq'ed. Buns / bread, salad. With all these different dishes, it is open for vegetarians as well.
I went to a barbecue like that before. First of all beverage cans of soda and they were in a large basket / bucket on the ice. There were breads with garlic that have been made on the grill. We ate sausages, steaks, hot dogs, pork tenderloin (grates nicely) and other meat like that. There were bowls of chips and pretzels with a variety of dips around. You can make veggie trays and fruit trays. Thus, the potato salad joint, like, the pasta, the chef would be good. You can make baked potatoes and potato bar with cheese, bacon, salsa, sour cream, etc. Make sure vegetables such as corn, grilled asparagus, etc.
GOOD LUCK
hope u have a nice big barbecue to cook ... if not, make a half-half ... BBQ sausages / burgers etc and maybe some peices oven grilled chicken or fish in your house, etc. So when all the meat is all food can come out nice and warm ... Many salads can also be made the night before ... Preparation is the key ... terms of the number of people and how much food you need, and it should be cooked first (as it will take the longest), etc.
