A financial resource problems / of the world due to population growth or unequal distribution of resources? I think it is due to the unequal distribution of resources. The money accumulated by Bill Gates is greater than the sum of money possessed by many poor countries. Similarly in many countries agricultural land that can be irrigated is not because the owner has simply bought for investment purposes. If this land is given to poor farmers, so not only its needs are met, but that many others will also. It is also considered that poor countries due to lack of resources (especially money, to buy better technology and chemicals) are unable to produce crops and vegetables to the possibility of creating scarcity. If the money 25% of the 50 richest people is distributed among the top 50 poor countries, the problem of lack of resources can be reduced to a large extent
(Islam encourages and proposes a system of equitable distribution of resources while strictly prohibits the control population)
Ni. The "problems of financial resources / the world" are entirely attributable to bad government policies and poorly designed institutions.
In this spirit, we will evaluate some of your claims ...
If the money 25% of the 50 richest people is distributed among the top 50 poorest countries, then most of this money will be commandeered by govermnents of these countries to finance their military ambitions (including the wars against their own people). Poverty, war and corruption go hand in hand ...
If Islam indeed "proposes a system of equitable distribution, why is there a huge difference between income, for example, Bahrain and Yemen?
You answered your question and Islam did not answer - is communism. Bill Gates and other rich people have worked for their wealth (and inherited fortunes were always made by someone of hard work), so what they do with it is their business, even if your thinking of 25% of their income would help the world is true. We can not force them to do so.
Well I agree that its more to do with the unequal distribution of resources .... Consider the case of India .. it has huge buffer stock of food, but many die from death by starvation over there ... the answer is not communism or capitalism ... The answer probably lies in improving the systems that ensure that all human beings regardless of their status is not equal access to basic resources.
Regarding the distribution of the money that the rich are concerned .. I do not believe that mere disbursement of aid will solve the problem .... The Africa is full of dictators who receive aid in billions of dollars every year .. but it also remains the poorest continent ..
I think the answer to solve all this is ... better systems of accountability and ... I do not think ideology is really important ...
Most global economic problems are based more on a concentration of power than wealth. Poor countries are poor because of restrictive government headed by a limited number of megalomaniacs who are more concerned with their own power, prestige and wealth than their people.
The United States contributes billions if not billions in aid to African countries, and has for many decades. This has served to do is fill the pockets of corrupt regimes that the process of "contribution. The people rarely see. In turn, Africa is still a hole.
The national (and international) in charge of redistributing wealth does not solve the problem - the failure of communism demonstrates quite clearly that. If all people have the freedom to better themselves without the intrusion or redistribution of their wealth mandated by their government, most chose to do so rather than continue to live in poverty. If money is given to them, they have less incentive to provide for themselves (as you mentioned).
Making the free world, allows (but does not.
