How do I prepare for a yard shuttle 300 in two weeks? Then this summer I have not been able to hit the gym as often as I wanted (or run for this case because of work). So, what can I do to be able to pass a conditioning test in two weeks? I'm running 2300 yard shuttle in under 68 seconds each. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you guys!
Execute a high hill he could not jog. Hill running is ideal for stregth, speed and endurance
2 weeks to go (14 days)
Day 1 Race 5 - 20yd. sprints in the morning (jogging in the evening)
Day 2 run 5 - 20yd. sprints in the morning (jogging in the evening)
Day 3 (jogging in the evening)
Day 4 Race 5 - 20yd. sprints in the morning (jogging in the evening)
Day 5 run 5 - 30yd. sprints in the morning (jogging in the evening)
Day 6 running 5 - 35yd. sprints in the morning (jogging in the evening)
Day 7 Rest
Day 8 run 5 - 35yd. sprints in the morning and evening (jogging in the evening)
Day 9 run 5 - 40yd. sprints in the morning and evening (jogging in the evening)
10 days make 1 - 300yd. Sprint in the morning / afternoon and evening, then jogging
Day 11 race 5 - 45yd. sprints in the morning / afternoon and evening, and then jog
Day 12 Race 5 - 50yd. sprints in the morning / afternoon and evening, then jog
Day 13 to run a 100 yard sprint in the morning / afternoon and evening, then jog
test day 14 days: Do not jog and sprint, but are not running at 85-90% per 300 m.
I do not care who you are. . . If you do this schedule, you will do time on race day.
Do not, I repeat Do not listen or do anything that you have read previously. they do not know exactly how it is brcause they are idiots. I do the same test in three weeks but as I do in 49 seconds or more (defensive back)
my advice at least a mile run every day at a good pace and if you can do some sprint training every two days. it will work trust me
It is physically easier .....
About 5 seconds, a court .. Defensive linemen do 5 seconds for 40 meters ...
Every day, run around your block once or twice, then it should go for the test. I ran 300 yards in 32 seconds, without any conditioning. You should take the fine.
sure you get the right numbers? It's very easy I can run 400 meters in 58 and I'm not even good
haha I do the same thing but in less time I think that in 62 sec as
